Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
Summary:
The position is responsible for achieving and maintaining quality service to Chartis’ clients which includes providing immediate solutions and feedback.
Specific Duties:
1. Answer inbound calls from clients with product, claims, and policy inquiries as well as attend to their other requests.
2. Ensure quality service is achieved and aligned with set guidelines in both inbound and outbound calls.
3. Assess and develop strategies to be used in solving system or procedural-based problems.
4. Attend meetings and trainings related to services offered.
5. Liaise with other department in response to queries.
6. Identify failures and outdated procedures for service improvement and recovery.
7. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* At least 1 year of working experience as Call Center agent handling customer service calls; experience in servicing insurance products is preferred; must have completed basic call center trainings.
* Must be able to multi-task.
* Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
* Must have good communication and listening skills.
* Must possess problem-solving skills.
* Must have phone and non-phone servicing skills.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
Our Call Center is open only from Mondays-Fridays, 8:00am-5:00pm. Our Call Center Agents have guaranteed Saturday & Sunday off and with no night shift schedule.
