B2B Telesales Executive
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:

* The Position: This position is for an Applicant who wishes to have a career in technical sales and is able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
*
* Job Details: Our client uses a mailing list to send information about IT products to potential clients. The Applicant will be responsible for cleaning up the mailing list. In effect, the list should only contain the right persons to receive the mails and the prospect’s profile is correct. He/she will also be responsible for uncovering prospects through outbound calls. Finally, the Applicant should make follow up calls to prospects that expressed interest.

* Support: Applicant will have the support of technical experts who can take over when sales conversations get into technical details. Background in IT products and services is useful but not essential for this job. However, Applicant should have an interest in technology and the ability to learn to “talk the talk”.
*
* Hours: Applicant will work mainly at night because sales calls will be to the US. Please do not apply if you cannot meet this requirement.

* English: It must be emphasized that excellent spoken English that can be immediately understood on the phone by American clients is the most fundamental requirement of this job. Please do not apply if you cannot meet this requirement.

Requirements:

* Complete mastery of grammatical spoken English.
* Ability to write a grammatical and original letter in English.
* College graduate, 4 year degree
* Extrovert – Enjoy interacting with customers
* Applicants must be willing to work at night in Makati City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Required language(s): English.
* Mastery of MS Excel files
* Internet Savvy
