* Candidate will be responsible for hiring needs, forecasts and processes for the BPO Company based in Market Market.
* Candidate should have at least 3 years experience in mass hiring for agents, support, technical, backend,  supervisory and managerial posts for call centers.
* Candidates must be flexible, needs minimal supervision, dedicated, charming and shows initiative.

AM for Recruitment:

* Candidate must be handling at least 10 recruitment specialists with expertise in different posts in recruitmentment.
* he/she should have at least 6 years experience in recruitment for BPO posts.
* Willing to work long hours to meet hiring needs, shows initiative and dedication to work.
* Post is based in  Market Market

OD Trainer :

* Candidate must have experience in behavioral, leadership and other trainings for more than 3 years.
* He/She should be flexible, willing to work long hours and shows initiative.
* Post is based in Market Market

HR Generalist:

* Candidate must have 4-6 years experience as a generalist, having handled all facets of HR.
* he/she must be flexible, willing to work long hours and shows initiative.

Communications Manager:

* Candidate would be in charge of the corporate communication of the company.
* Candidate will be tasked to handle activities, PR and advertising.
* Must have experience as a manager for Call Center/BPO Company aside from Marketing.
* Must have handled staff before.
* Post is based in Alabang.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Doctorate (PhD), any field.
