Responsibilities:

• Contributes in delivering Store’s sales & revenue targets via aftersales transactions
• Provides consistent Superior Customer Experience
• Implementation of national and regional retail programs
• Achieve Store’s SCE (Superior Customer Experience) standards to include CSAT, MSP and any given SCE metrics
• Smooth flow of Store traffic at all times
• Adherence to submission timelines
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
Required skill(s): good customer service relation, MS Excel.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in robinson malate.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
