Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
* Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience especializing in General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Acounting, Bookeeping, etc.
* Preferably with experience in using Financial Applications (SAP) or any Accounting System.
* Computer Literate, wtih good oral and written communication skills.
* Fast learner with good working attitude and intepersonal skills.
* Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
* Knowledgeable in General Ledger, Payroll, AR or AP processing, Bank Reconciliation, preparation in Financial Statement, Bookeeping.
* Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Makati and or Tayuman
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

* Review and reconcile A/R Balances
* Follow up accounts for any outstanding balances and payment details
* Attend to Account / Account holder queries
* Reconcile payment discrepancies and negotiate chargeback claims
* Work to resolve disputes with business partners (account and account holder)
* Generate monthly aging report
* Prepare and forward monthly collection report to account holder
* Prepare credit analysis for blocked accounts
* Prepare for quarterly credit review and recommend any changes in credit limit or credit terms
* Process Credit Memos / Debit Memos for any adjustment such as price discrepancy

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least two years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Can start immediately.
* Personable, independent and can do multi -asking.
