ATM Staff (Customer Service)

Responsibilities:

* Candidates will handle client’s calls/complaints, tagging of lost/stolen cards, report generation of tagged cards, remote resetting of ATM.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.
* With experience in Call Center has an advantage.
* Candidate must have EXCELLENT communication skills.
* Candidates must be willing to work with shifting and graveyard schedules.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* 1 Full-Time position available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
