The selected candidate will work under the direction of systems support officers to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered on the production floor and by back office users. Participating in team meeting activities and promoting team spirit/cohesiveness will be crucial to this role. In addition, you will have to work productively and professionally and demonstrate ways to improve customer service.
