The position holder has the responsibility to ensure that all tickets handled are completed within the specified time. The selected candidate will work under the direction of systems support officers to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered on the production floor and by back office users. Participating in team meeting activities and promoting team spirit/cohesiveness will be crucial to this role. In addition, you will have to work productively and professionally and demonstrate ways to improve customer service.

Requirements:

To be eligible to apply for this position, you should have strong operational knowledge and systems support experience. Ability to effectively influence and communicate with stakeholders at varying levels will bring success to this role.
