This position provides outstanding customer service and technical support to both Inbound and Outbound interactions via phone, e-mail, letter and fax by using a consultative approach that reflects the culture and philosophies of the client.

Maintains a high level of quality through the delivery of exceptional customer service and technical support by providing customers with solutions and detailed product information.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Required language(s): Japanese
* A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
* Experience within a call center environment preferred.
* Ability to troubleshoot technical devices
* Strong problem solving ability
* Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
* Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively both written and verbal

Server Analyst
(Ortigas Center, Pasig City)
Responsibilities:
* Ensures the reliable functioning of network servers through visual checking and review of log files.
* Identifies potential sever problems, i.e., viruses, configuration problems, etc., and determines and implements actions to preclude or resolve problems.
* Supports server functioning by testing new software, building new servers and maintaining current production software and hardware.
* Monitors and analyzes server systems for potential problems and security related issues, as needed.
* Assists in server related maintenance such as OS patching, rebooting, active directory (AD) account maintenance and security permissions, security vulnerability awareness and testing, and software/hardware contract renewals.
* Maintains and monitor all server backups.
* Maintains and monitors anti-virus logs and network wide anti-virus status, as needed.
* Perform standard application and infrastructure support activities based on specific assignments, including 24×7 on call rotation support for assigned technologies. Leverage an advanced knowledge of services, applications and hardware to conduct problem resolution, analysis, design, development, and implementation activity.
* Test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
* Acquire an understanding of the functional business disciplines and technologies serviced by the systems and hardware being supported to ensure that the service provided is timely, effective and appropriate.
* Acquire a working knowledge of new data processing concepts and techniques as they are introduced to the department in order to remain technically competent.
* Display skill in the use of control techniques and support methodology to meet assignment requirements.
* Due to the nature of this work, this position is required to be on-site during business hours as designated by the project. However, occasions may arise when the employee must be off-site, on-call and/or long-term off-hours due to project requirements.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Four year degree from a college or university in the field of Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering, or related.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* This position requires a working knowledge of computer technology that includes: Advanced Microsoft Suite, intermediate to expert Microsoft Operations Manager and Microsoft Systems Management Server technology skills and exceptional knowledge of computer hardware.
* Experience with server hardware, Windows Server and Linux Server based Operating Systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, Web Servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat), Email (Exchange), Antivirus, Server monitoring technologies as well as scripting languages.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
