Responsibilities:

Our client offers a wide variety of health insurance products for which they are seeking agents to follow up on leads that are generated through an internet resource. The goal is to contact and qualify the lead and connect them to our clients sales team.

* Make high volume of phone calls for the purpose of building relationships, qualifying the lead, and generating interest in our client’s products.
* Provide feedback identifying call trends and prospect needs; identify ways to improve the current process.
* Track calls, follow-up calls required, scheduled call backs, and call transfers through computer system.
* Meet goals relating to productivity, number of calls made, contacts, and leads qualified.
* Work flexible hours to maximize call results.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s college degree holder.
* At least 1 year in Sales/Telemarketing position.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Previous lead generation, telemarketing, or sales experience required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive, self starter.
* Proficient with various software applications including MicroSoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook and internet navigation.

Application Developer I
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas Center, Pasig City)

Responsibilities:
The Application Developer’s role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. The Application Developer will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.

* Create PeopleSoft technical application design documents.
* Assist in the definition, development and documentation of software´s business requirements, objectives, deliverables and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
* Writing detailed documentation for the operation of the program by users and computer operators.
* Performs key portions of the system development lifecycle including designing, coding, testing, documenting, installing, and maintaining custom applications.
* Creates custom reports and forms using Crystal Reports.
* Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling and implementation.
* Research, identify, analyze and fulfill requirements of all internal and external program users.
* Devising possible solutions to predicted problems, evaluating other options.
* Consistently write, translate and code software programs and applications according to specifications.
* Conduct research on emerging application development software products, languages and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
* Generate statistics and write reports for management and/or team members on the status of the programming process.
* Establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with internal users and departments.
* Breaking down program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming language.
* Working as part of a team, this may be established purely for a particular project, to write a specific section of the program.
* Reacting to problems and correcting the program as necessary.
* Installing the program and conducting final testing.
* Evaluating the program´s effectiveness.
* Increasing program operating efficiency and adapting to new requirements, as necessary.
* Assist in user acceptance testing to ensure the program can be used easily, quickly and accurately.

Requirements:

* Bachelor´s degree in the field of computer science, information systems or computer engineering.
* 1-2 years equivalent relevant experience.
* Two years of in-depth experience creating business related applications in a Microsoft-based Object Oriented language (MS-Visual Basic, MS-Visual FoxPro, MS-ASP, .NET) .
* A mid to high-level of experience in two or more of the following development languages: MSVisual Basic, .NET, ASP.NET, MS-Visual FoxPro, MS-SQL Server, MS-Access.
* A strong understanding of object oriented languages and development methods.
* A strong understanding of structured programming methods and data normalization concepts.
* Experience with the following development technologies: ODBC, OLE, and OCX concepts, Crystal Reports and MS-Visual Source Safe.
* Ability to prioritize requests effectively and efficiently and work with a sense of urgency.
* Ability to work with a significant attention to detail and thoroughness.
