Service Desk Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:

  1. Meetings/ Coordination
    1. Attends regular meetings together with the project team
    2. Coordinates directly with the project Director, Manager and the Respective Track Leads for Service Management Processes
    3. Reports to Track Lead and Project Director for daily or weekly updates

 

  1. Documentation
    1. Updates/ Creates 3D role profiles based on agreed responsibilities
    2. Does meeting Minutes using MS Word, MS Office or MS OneNote
    3. Able to report timelines using Excel or MS Project
    4. Able to do Table of Organization and process mapping documentations via MS Visio

 

  1. Analysis
    1. Able to understand the existing Organizational structure, as well as the changes to be made
    2. Understands the current ISG Service Management processes and SD processes
    3. Identify and understand possible issues and provide recommendations

 

  1. Monitoring
    1. Creates Migration Plan based on Agreed timeline and systems to be turned over to ISG SMD
    2. Keeps a list of all Systems under PDC-SD and monitors System transfer to ISG
    3. Keeps track of all SMD process-related changes
    4. Logs all SMD issues, risks, and proposed solutions identified during process meetings
    5. Constantly follows through issues until resolution and closure

 

Requirements:

  • Service Desk Analyst – Intermediate
  • Project Management – Basic
  • Preferably with ITSM Version 3 Foundation Certified
