Senior IT Recruitment Specialist
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)
Responsibilities:
The role of the Senior IT Recruitment Specialist is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. A key component of this role is to design innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the market place in a cost-effective manner. The role is also responsible for building excellent relationships within the hiring community in order to identify opportunities for direct hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted.
The Senior IT Recruitment Specialist is responsible for coaching and leading their direct reports and providing support and information as requested by the Client Services Manager. This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual.
The Senior IT Recruitment Specialist is responsible for following the AMS initial components of the end to end recruitment process including:
* Assist the Client Services Manager to develop the sourcing strategy for each role recruited and agree on the strategy (including web-based and direct sourcing)
* Interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and external markets using world class research tools
* Experience in managing a team or specific client to achieve set targets
* Undertake candidate name gathering (direct and indirect, including database and web-based methods)
* Build talent pools, work with the Client Services Manager to identify areas where there are gaps within qualified candidate pools and where new candidates need to be identified
* Prepare long lists of qualified candidates for the Client Services team requirements
* Provide short-list to the Client Services team through screening, qualifying and reference checking suitable candidates
* Maintain recruitment system accurately
* Identify areas of process improvement and service enhancement and communicate these to the Client Services Manager and the team
* Maintain agreed service levels with the Client Services team
* Provide a high level of candidate care and ensure frequent
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) IT Recruitment experience.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Deep knowledge in recruiting for IT professionals in the banking industry.
* Experienced in conducting face to face competency-based interviews.
* Can present and solve issues for clients and candidates.
* Experienced in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
