Sr. Manager for Network and Telecom
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support, upgrade and implement Voice and Network infrastructure and networks as part of APS Contact Center, which forms part of the Aegis Global Network. Manage the troubleshooting of reported problems in a timely manner on a day-to-day basis to ensure that Aegis Contact Centre and related Telecom and Network is operating as per established standards to meet customer satisfaction and maintain 99.9% up time
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years experience on implementing and troubleshooting Network and Telecom Systems
• Requires past experience working with Avaya and Cisco systems.
• Past experience working in call center or BPO preferred
• Knowledge of structure cabling systems
• Network operations (circuits, switches, routers, and firewalls)

Billing Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Compilation of information from multiple sources to generate complex invoices on a weekly and monthly basis
* Interpretation and understanding of customer contracts to ensure proper, accurate, and timely invoice preparation
* Maintain/file copies of client’s various contracts and invoices
* Liaise with IT staff to ensure that appropriate customer report activity reports are developed and maintained, especially for new customers
* Coordinate customer billing-related activities and reporting issues with Client Services Managers and Program Directors
* Research and resolve customer billing inquiries
* Develop and maintain an invoice tickler that standardizes and summarizes disparate client billing parameters
* Provide information to Accountant/Accounting Manager for monthly commission calculations and reports
* Prepare AR related month end reports
* Assist with collection duties
* Assist with accounting-related duties including general ledger, account analysis/reconciliations and journal entry preparation

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Act as a consultant for all human resource concerns
