Executive Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist the assigned Executive in day-to-day operations
* Screen telephone calls, visitors and escalated matters and resolve routine or complex inquiries
* Manage the assigned Executive’s mail and prepare correspondences and memoranda for review and approval
