Sales Account Executives & Channel Managers
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:
• Present, demonstrate and sell our Web-based training offerings to prospective corporate clients.
• Initial Prospect Contact: Contacting leads, determining interest level, technical readiness and budget availability.
• Sales Process Management: Managing the movement of the prospect through the steps of the sales process. Accurately identifying where the prospect is in the sales process and accurately forecasting when the sale will close.
• Proposal Process: Identifying prospect needs and developing proposals.
• Contract Preparation and Negotiation / Closing the Deal: Submitting a contract to the customer, facilitating the contract negotiation process, eliminating obstacles to purchase, closing the sale
• Reporting Forecasting: Keeping management abreast of developments in major accounts. Accurately forecasting sales projections and the value of deals
Qualifications:

• Strong prospecting and consultative selling skills.
• Familiarity with e-Learning and Web-based training solutions helpful, but more importantly the ideal candidate will be technologically savvy. Must be adept at demonstrating and selling intangible and technology-based solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet sales quotas in a Business to Business market.
• Strong need identification and problem solving skills
• Excellent relationship building / managing skills
• Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience selling to multiple decision makers at the director to senior executive level
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Contact Management Systems
• Knowledge of the Firm Element CE/Securities/CFP/ Safety/ Healthcare industry and/or enterprise software sales preferred

Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Required skill(s): Sales Centric, Excellent English, Self-motivated.
Required language(s): English.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive/Account Manager or Pre Sales Consultant.

Channel Management Activities:
Duties:
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with partners through effective communication.
• Track revenue, percentage growth and information related to courses and provide detailed reporting to current resellers
• Monitor daily revenue and production. Develop and communicate KPIs for measuring and reporting on key deliverables
• Assist new resellers with setups, marketing plans and develop business plans etc.
• Suggest, evaluate, initiate and implement improvements to internal and external processes, delivering efficient, enhanced levels of service
• Work closely with internal teams to understand content and market intelligence on weekly basis.
• Cross sell and up sell new program/product launches to current customer base
• Use relationship management to drive growth with our partners
• Combine interpersonal skills and business knowledge to evaluate opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Accountable for a revenue and growth targets on a monthly basis
• Manage the overall marketing activities and business development initiatives of division
• Achieve a high success rate in building affiliate channels in key states for all certification training offerings
• Maintain budget and ROI on all marketing activities.
• Make extensive calls to VARs to upsell corporate B2B push
• Manage the virtual university integration process for channel partners including VU construction, course loading, and all relevant updates.
• Applicant must acquire strategic content and product partners, new business development, and reseller marketing assistance.
• Work with VARs and provide them with new 360training products/offerings
• Work on consolidating lists through Google to provide to VARs to upsell/cross sell
• Provide VARs with lists so they can make cold calls to corporate accounts
Sell MCM through VARs so we can get all classroom offerings on the VU
