* Candidates must be flexible, needs minimal supervision, dedicated, charming and shows initiative.
AM for Recruitment:
* Candidate must be handling at least 10 recruitment specialists with expertise in different posts in recruitmentment.
* he/she should have at least 6 years experience in recruitment for BPO posts.
* Willing to work long hours to meet hiring needs, shows initiative and dedication to work.
* Post is based in Market Market
OD Trainer :
* Candidate must have experience in behavioral, leadership and other trainings for more than 3 years.
* He/She should be flexible, willing to work long hours and shows initiative.
* Post is based in Market Market
HR Generalist:
* Candidate must have 4-6 years experience as a generalist, having handled all facets of HR.
* he/she must be flexible, willing to work long hours and shows initiative.
* Post is based in Market Market
HR Manager (2):
* Candidate must have 2-5 years experience as a manager for a BPO/Call Center.
* Must have strong experience in all facets of HR
* Must have handled supervisors, officers and specialists under him/her.

Compensation and Benefits Manager:
* Candidate must have strong background in compensation and benefits for call centers/BPO.
* Must have 2-4 years experience as a manager for a Call Center/BPO company.

* Candidate should have a strong background in ER and Labor.

* Candidate will be tasked to handle activities, PR and advertising.
* Must have experience as a manager for Call Center/BPO Company aside from Marketing.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Doctorate (PhD), any field.
* Candidate must have strong background in Call center or BPO industries.
