Customer Service Officer – Chinese Speaking (CODE : JS CCC-CSO)

Responsibilities:

* Responsibilities include but not limited to Inbound customer service support, cross-selling of bank products, and handling problems to established complaint resolution standards and processes.

Requirements:

* Graduate of any four-course
* At least 1 year customer service experience preferably in a Bank Call Center
* Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
* Must be Chinese-speaking preferably Mandarin, Fookien, and / or Cantonese
* Computer-literate
* Willing to be in a shifting schedule
* Not over 35 years old
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
