Department Assistant
(National Capital Reg – Quezon City)
Responsibilities:
* Shall assist in handling the daily inquiries, issues, and concerns of clients
* Update dealers on prices, promos, and products
* Prepare price lists, and other documents for faxing or e-mailing
* Shall be in charge of handling cash accounts
* Coordinate dealer concerns with other departments
* Prepare market and competitor updates
* Shall handle the placing of sales orders
Requirements:
* Female, not more than 26 years old
* Graduate of Business, Computer or Marketing courses; with 1 to 2 years experience in doing clerical and administrative work.
* Fresh graduates with good scholastic records are encouraged to apply.
* Highly organized and detail oriented
* Familiar in using MS Office applications with at least moderate typing speed
* Can withstand pressure and extend extra hours of work when needed
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
