Responsibilities:

* Filipino Bi-Lingual Resources to fill in the following positions:
* – Call Center Operations Managers / Directors (English/Chinese)
* – Trainers (English / Chinese)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in any field.
* Required language(s): Chinese, English
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Management or Supervisor/Team Lead.
* 6 Full-Time positions available.
