Customer Service Representative
(National Capital Reg – Eastwood City Libis Q.C.)

Responsibilities:
Requires the use of office equipment such as multi-line telephone systems, fax machine, copy machine
Requires the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols. Requires hand/eye coordination
Requires the ability to work long hours and endure stressful conditions
Requires to effectively communicate and work with professionals in other departments and customers, which may lead to independent decision making
Excellent organizational skills and follow through discipline
Excellent written and oral communication skills in the supported languages.
Ability to work with complex procedures and program guidelinesBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, e-mail
Independent worker, a self-starter, detail oriented, analytical and have ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Processes and investigates returns
Processes and updates End User information with Arvato Digital Services owned tools
Keeps abreast of program changes and informational updates
Complies with company set procedures
Supports account’s specific programs

Validate electronic images of Proofs of Purchase (official receipts)

Ensure:
- Purchase date on receipts is within eligibility period
- Verify the reseller (ie place of purchase)
- Verify the item sold

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Word and Excel
* Required language(s): English
* Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City Libis Q.C..
