Compliance Analyst
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

Job Title: Compliance Officer
Department: Operations
Reports to: Site Operations Manager
Supervises: N/A

Description: The Compliance Officer will be responsible for overall Process Documentation and Audit of implemented processes in the site. The role will require the employee to:

• Maintain full-time participation and intervention on all initiated revisions of processes that relate to Human Resources, Operations, Training and Quality.
• Conduct regular Process Audits to ensure consistent and accurate compliance to all implemented processes.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

 Create / maintain process maps (i.e., Visio documents of table structures/definition/mapping)
 Consistent and regular communication with respective and applicable Project Team members and individuals affecting process documentation and implementation
 Works with each Site’s Quality & Reports Analyst on process improvement and analysis
 Conducts monthly and annual process audits on all implemented processes and identify gaps and inconsistencies
 Assesses and maintain current and research new and proposed call center and BPO policies and processes for continuous development
 Communicates all policy and process changes to all levels of the site organization
 Delivers monthly management report based on audits that have been conducted
 Maintains a master list for all Human Resources, Training, Quality, and Operations documents/forms
 Maintain company Org Chart and all Job charts and standards
 Responds to and/implement all suggestions received through suggestion box.
 Creation of high-level folder storage to sustain for operational information related to campaign walkthroughs and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies

 Highly knowledgeable on MS Visio, MS Project and MS Excel
 Understands concept of Process Documentation and Process Audit
 Demonstrates adept understanding of Project Planning / Project Management
 Proven ability to manage reporting and analysis
 To be flexible in the face of change, as the quality department will frequently modify procedure to meet constant demands of the client and arvato.
 Demonstrates a strong work ethic and is committed to seeing tasks through to completion.
 Demonstrates confidence and maintains professionalism in both verbal and written communication with all levels within and external to the organization.

 Must able to work independently, and possess good organization and communication skills

Education/Experience/Requirements:

 Minimum 1 year Call Center experience
 Knowledge and actual work on process documentation and process mapping for organizations
 Applicant must be able to provide a portfolio of work (sample documentation)

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job the employee requires:

 Mobility, the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols as well as hand/eye coordination.
 Regular use of office equipment such as multi-line telephone systems, fax machine, copy machine, calculator.
 Regular use of a computer for extended periods of time.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees.
* 1 Full-Time position available.
