EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
(National Capital Reg – Las Piñas City)
Responsibilities:
* The position requires the candidate to provide secretarial, personal and administrative support to the CEO such as but not limited to:
* Arranging of travel and flight schedules.
* Making itineraries and appointment schedules.
* Preparing business correspondences, agenda and minutes of the meetings.
* Coordination with all the department heads and staff regarding work orders and instructions from the CEO.
* And other tasks that maybe related to the job.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* With at least 2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
* Female, Single, between 27-40 years old, willing to work long hours, with pleasing personality.
* Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
* Working knowledge on Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
* Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, discretion with confidential information.
* Must have excellent attendance record and values punctuality.
* Amenable to work in Las Piñas City.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
