Japanese Technical Customer Care Rep
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas Center, Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

This position provides outstanding customer service and technical support to both Inbound and Outbound interactions via phone, e-mail, letter and fax by using a consultative approach that reflects the culture and philosophies of the client.
*
Maintains a high level of quality through the delivery of exceptional customer service and technical support by providing customers with solutions and detailed product information.
*
Professionally handles customer issues that appear to arise from the use of the product.
*
Serves as company ambassador by ensuring influential customer satisfaction, goodwill and loyalty.
*
Accurately captures data in PeopleSoft.
*
Actively participate in team meetings.
*
Recommends to management improvements in product, service, and procedures.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Required language(s): Japanese
* A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
* Experience within a call center environment preferred.
* Ability to troubleshoot technical devices
* Strong problem solving ability
* Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
* Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively both written and verbal
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center,Pasig City.
* Full-Time positions available.
