Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* At least 2 years experience in technical recruitment preferably gained from a BPO/IT company.
* Experience in hiring positions such as Developers, Analysts, Engineers(Hardware/Software), Mainframes etc.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to process high volume recruitment within short time frames.
* Strong sourcing and networking skills.
* Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Flexible with schedule.
* Available to start ASAP.
