Recruiter (for Accounting positions)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* At least 1-2 years experience in recruitment preferably gained from an Accounting/BPO company.
* Experience in hiring positions such as AP, AR, General Accounting, B2B Credit, B2B Colletions etc.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Abilitiy to process high volume recruitment within short time frames.
* Strong sourcing and networking skills.
* Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Flexible with schedule.
* Available to start ASAP.
