EDI Heldpesk Analyst
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* Delivers Tier 1 support relating to all production tickets.
* Escalates/assigns tickets to different teams according to their expertise.
* Daily updating of all Workbench tickets; either sending of updates to clients or sending follow ups to the analyst working on the ticket.
* Directly communicates with clients regarding their issues/tickets.
* Currently handles the regular Host Checks during weekdays.
* Administrator of TPMS, Host, ACTTNow, Workbench and EDIFECS.
* Manage Gateway Helpdesk Functional Mailbox.
* Reposting of 997 on the FA’s BBS
* Moving files to ACPT queue as per Workbench ticket requests.
* Hosts the morning call for Daily US and Manila Team Lead status meeting and creates the minutes of the meeting for the daily morning call.
* Connecting bridge call upon request.
* Creates documentation on all internal Helpdesk procedures.
* Send File failure and duplicate notification (from the Monitoring team) to client.
* Sends daily summary report on all Helpdesk workbench tickets.
* Consultrack updating for other users upon request.
* Attends internal weekly status meeting.
* Daily and weekly monitoring of specific BO Reports for all payers.
* Acts as EDI Team internal helpdesk if needed.
* Updates B2B report weekly.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Network/System Engineer or equivalent.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
