Credit and Collections Manager
(National Capital Reg)
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Credit and Collections (Invoice to Cash) tower supporting multiple business unit(s)
Thorough knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures related to Credit, Collections, and Cash Applications
Billing
Lockbox and Cash Application
Credit
Collections
Dispute Management
Identify potential financial risks and communicate these risks to ACS Sr. Management
Ensure compliance with all service levels and key measures
Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements
Manage a team of Supervisors, Team Leads and Associates
Initiate and support continuous improvement (Six Sigma)
Develop common procedures and practices to streamline operations
Invoice to Cash Functions:
Billing
Lockbox and Cash Application
Credit
Collections including account management
Dispute Management
Requirements:
* College Degree or equivalent work experience
* 7 years of experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
* Managerial leadership and team management experience
* Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* High motivation and desire to work towards increasing levels of responsibility and challenge
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent..
* Preferably Managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* Must be willing to work at night shift
* Must be willing to work at Pasay City
* Full-Time positions available.
