Recruitment Marketing and Communications – CEBU (On the job training)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the team in conceptualizing recruitment marketing strategies
- Assist in implementing employee referral campaigns and sourcing initiatives
- Participate in conceptualization, design, and implementation of marketing activities

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* 2 Internship positions available.
