Sr. Manager for Network and Telecom
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support, upgrade and implement Voice and Network infrastructure and networks as part of APS Contact Center, which forms part of the Aegis Global Network. Manage the troubleshooting of reported problems in a timely manner on a day-to-day basis to ensure that Aegis Contact Centre and related Telecom and Network is operating as per established standards to meet customer satisfaction and maintain 99.9% up time
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years experience on implementing and troubleshooting Network and Telecom Systems
• Requires past experience working with Avaya and Cisco systems.
• Past experience working in call center or BPO preferred
• Knowledge of structure cabling systems
• Network operations (circuits, switches, routers, and firewalls)
• Avaya PBX in VoIP environment
• Supervision skills (including performance management and staff development)
• Communication and interaction skills
• Willing and able to work on extended hours, on GY shift and weekends or holidays as necessary
• Willing and able to travel
• Willing to be on call 24×7
