Workforce Analyst for Healthcare Account

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Implement workforce functions like deployment and scheduling, capacity planning and forecasting, retrieval and analysis of ACD characteristics, real-time monitoring, and call traffic management.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum of 6 months to 1 year call center experience in handling Workforce tools.
* Experience in processes and application of workforce management software(CentreVu CMS, IEX, Aspect and eWorkForce) required.
* In depth knowledge in forecasting and scheduling required.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* 3 Full-Time positions available.
