NPS Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide daily feedback on NPS results along with statistical and operational analysis of provided client reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Mathematics/Marketing or other quantitative-based field
* Considerable (3+ years) customer service experience.
* Considerable (3+ years) phone related customer service.
* Strong analytical skills – strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve.
* Strong computer knowledge and abilities, especially medium to high level functionality in Excel.
* Green Belt Certified.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
