Training and Quality Assurance Supervisor – Inbound
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee and monitor all functions of the Training and Quality Assurance Department of one program.
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least two (2) years training or equivalent experience, preferably in a call center.
* Special certification or diploma in any training related fields preferable, but not required.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
* Job role in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
* Full-Time position available.
