Requirements:

* At least 2 years team leader working experience required
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent sales skills
* Experience in client management
* Must show ability to lead and motivate teams
* Must be innovative in team and process management
* Preferrably with call center outbound business to business sales experience
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
* Willing to work on graveyard shifts / shifting schedules
