Record to Report Specialist

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Overall Analysis of balance sheet accounts
* Overall Analysis of profit and loss accounts variances
* Ensure US GAAP Compliance on Order to Cash accounting
* Ensure US GAAP Compliance on Fixed assets and Lease accounting
* Perform Pre and Post closing activities
* Responsibilities:
* Perform all activities related to Cash Accounting (uploads, manual entries) which includes:
* Monitor Treasury Entries and related weekly Internal control
* Reconciliation of bank accounts
* Accounts Clearing and Cash Application
* Perform assigned balance sheet reconciliations review and Open Item Escalation
* Perform monthly and quarterly Fixed Assets and PEZA Reporting
* Perform fixed assets accounting which includes:
* Depreciation runs
* Asset transfers and disposals
* Perform assigned RtR IC and Closing Activities such as Review / Approve Parked Journal entries and Monitor recurring entries postings.
* Monitor Activities in the Dashboard performed accurately and timely

Requirements and Competencies:

* CPA/or Bachelors Degree in Accounting required
* At least five years of accounting experience
* Two years supervisory experience preferred but not required
* High level of familiarity with SAP or a reputable ERP required
* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of flexibility
* High proficiency in Excel, Word , Powerpoint and general computer skills

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
