As a customer service representative, you will be managing various customer issues depending on your account assignment. Transactions can be related to billing and collection support, client inquiries, technical or product support or inbound sales. Develop your communication and people interaction skills as you encounter different scenarios with each call and gain valuable experience!

REQUIREMENTS:

College Undergrads with at least two years

Call Center Experience are encouraged to apply!

* College graduate(Any Course) and/or graduates of 2 years vocational technology courses or
* Undergraduates with at least two years in college and at least two years of call center experience can also apply.
* Did not apply in the last three months
* Internet savvy
* Analytical and problem solving ability
* Ability to develop great people interaction and communication skills
* Willing to work full-time
