ACCOUNT IT MANAGER

Project Management of Technology Enablement of BPO projects,
*
Identifying risk and plan mitigation measures
*
Identification and implementation of technology solutions.
*
Prepare support plan, IT DR (Disaster Recovery) plan and impellent BCP/DR capability
*
Financial management of project
*
Participate in client IT audits
*
Ensure compliance to various certifications such as eSCM, ISO etc
*
Review Technology optimization opportunities
*
Assist in the development of contract changes, Operational Level Agreements and Service Level Agreements.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Overall 6 yrs of experience in IT Service Delivery, IT Infrastructure Management, Network Management, Design, System Integration preferably from a BPO or Call Center company

• 4+ years of experience in design/ integration of LANs/WANs and Application technologies with IT companies and Telco providers
• 3+ years of strong experience of connectivity options , Service Level Agreements, BCP/DR and Security solutions
• 3+ years of strong and demonstrated experience in Customer Facing role
• Strong knowledge of BS7799/ ISO27001/ISO200000/ITIL Framework/ eSCM etc.
• Strong budgeting and financial analysis/reporting skills
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Certifications in the following is an advantage: ITIL Foundation, MCSE, CCNA, PMP
• Candidate must be willing to work on shifting schedules
