REQUIREMENTS:

* Graduate of a 4-5 year course or;
* Graduate of a 2 year Vocational Tech Course or;
* Undergrad with at least two years relevant work experience.
* Experienced in DSL Technical Support
* Did not apply at Accenture for a BPO or Call Center position in the last three months
* Analytical and problem solving ability
* Ability to develop great people interaction and communication skills
* Willing to work full-time
