CSR inbound/outbound collector

As a customer service representative, you will be handling accounts for a major telecommunication business in UK. You will be receiving inbound calls from the company’s clients to answer their queries regarding concerns on subscription arrangements and payments. You will also make outbound calls to the company’s clients for collection purposes. Develop your communication and people interaction skills as you encounter different scenarios with each call and gain valuable experience that will give your career a headstart!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of any course
• At least 6 months of working experience in a call center setting
• Analytical and problem solving ability
• Ability to develop great people interaction and communication skills
• Willing to work midshift or night shift.

College undegraduates with call center working experience are welcome to apply!
