ABS-CBN Interactive, Inc., the country’s foremost provider of wireless applications and content in the field of entertainment; having pioneered integrated media in web, television and short-messaging service (SMS or texts), is looking for a Customer Support Officer.

The Customer Support Officer will be in in charge of addressing inquiries and complaints of customers of ABS-CBN Now. Inquiries will be received by email and/or through a Customer Support telephone number.

Minimum Qualifications
* Excellent English communication skills and
* Computer literate.
* Should have good problem solving skills.
