Sourcing Specialist
(National Capital Reg – Makati)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Sourcing Specialist is responsible in supporting all internal and external sourcing activities for 24/7 Customer. This includes coordination with internal customers and vendors and ensuring that all activities are thoroughly executed.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor degree. Graduate degree preferred
* Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related fields is preferred
* Minimum of 1-2 years experience in recruitment, sourcing, marketing; or related experience in human resources
* 1 year call center/customer service operations preferred
* Excellent written and oral English communication skills
* Must be proficient with various software applications programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Proficient planning, time management, and decision making skills
* Knowledgeable with multiple sourcing strategies and techniques in mass recruitment
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
